Overpriced and absolutely terrible tech support. No human to talk to. Submitting tickets is a very long(back and forth) process that insteat of days of messaging back anf forth could have been resolved in a 5 minute phone call. They use the charged providers as their research and developement to solve what Qualifacts can't. We wont be renewing our contract with Qualifacts.
Not pleased with InSync. Oh well.
I would give zero stars if I could. This system is very difficult to use. They sell you on a good price point, however, EVERY THING you think would be included is NOT and by the time you add everything you need, they are NO CHEAPER than the more expensive/user friendly EHR's. Also- they are going to ask you to run your credit and sign a contract. Our NEW EHR company did NOT force us to pull our credit. TERRIBLE EMR SYSTEM!!!!!!!!.... I literally have so many issues billing claims it's probably the worst system i have ever used in healthcare ( plus it's really really slow at billing claims and much more) I know at my work we constantly have to contact them to have them fix something. If you are looking for a new EMR /billing system DO NOT BUY from Insync!!!! I would pay the extra $$$ and get Epic or just something else. AVOID Insync!!!!!
