I saw a juvenile being assaulted in their building and they chose to do nothing, very inconsiderate and dishonest people. The environment felt very hostile, wouldn’t recommend;

Do not reccomend this service. Had terrible treatment from a lady called Margaret, who clearly is poorly trained. After having to cancel my initial appointment (2 weeks in advance), I went to reschedule and got the response of "sure no problem, but just give us a call to pop through $20." To me that read "we can help you, but give us money first." Quite the kick in the guts after taking 30 od years to be brave enough to ask for help.
