Web site clearly states they have professional people protecting the customer. I relied on that to be truth. I wasn't covered and Brad more than once said I should have read my policy better. I am not an insurance professional, that's why I went through them for insurance. Explained what I needed and trusted them to do what they advertised. Didn't work in my situation, out almost 10,000 dollars. Over 2 months trying to get something done and 3 claims folks later I still get I am looking into it.
