They were extremely rude to the hard workers from Pack-draw that were there delivering a package. The nearly bald guy offered Red a fruit, since he’s been on a healthy diet, and got mad after he began to eat it because he wanted to split it. He did not inform Red to split the fruit. They did not sign for the package. The hard workers at Pack-draw couldn’t deliver the package as a result.

So refreshing to have an insurance company that is upfront and transparent about their fees so as to not wonder whether the premiums you’re paying are mostly padded with their commissions. Hats off to Insurepointe and their benefit group

The benefits group at Insurepointe of Texas are top notch. Very transparent with all of the plans and even disclose how and what they get paid!! What a difference transparency makes to let your clients know that you are doing what is in the best interest of the client. Definitely recommend them to business owners looking for group benefits.

One of the worst place you ever wants to call. The lady I spoke with was rude and nasty. There is no option I can give a 0 star for them.
