Insurepair recently carried out work for us after a water leak 8n the kitchen. Involved uplift and laying of new flooring in the kitchen as well as a partial redecoration of the lounge. All works completed very nicely, with the minimum of fuss. Richard was first class, as was his team of Paul and Brad. Christina, in the office, 2as also very helpful. They kept to the given timescale, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied and would recommend.

We were really impressed with Insurepair from start to finish. Richard brought a depth of experience that was clear from the outset, and we always felt we were in capable, trustworthy hands. Communication was prompt, the team was organised, and the job was turned around efficiently to a very high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Richard's team showed great care and consideration towards us in reinstating our water damage. Aaron's woodwork on a complex window is outstanding, Paul and Brad painted with speed and efficiency. Not easy to coordinate different colleagues, but Christina was prompt to address queries.

Made appointment for their surveyor to visit my property and assess my repair job, Christina gave me between 10-12 on 23/10/24. At 11.36 I tried calling to check if someone was still coming but it just went to Christina's voicemail and I didn't bother leaving a message as it was getting towards the end of the appointment window. I left at 12.00 sharp as there was no contact to say that someone was still coming, and I'd just wasted 2 hours waiting at the property. Good communication and tradesmen turned up when they said they would. We did have a slight delay in completion of the work due to unavailability of a plasterer, but Christina and Paul communicated well and scheduled appointments to fit with our diary. During repairs, all the tradesmen were respectful of our property, using protective dust sheets and tidying up afterwards, and the repairs were carried out to our satisfaction. An easy firm to deal with, and a hassle free experience - Many thanks.
