Tanya is supposedly my representative however she seems to not understand English?? In an Email. I have explained what my work hours are and that I am not available to the public during these times due to the facility I work in. However she preceded to send me an email asking to speak with me during these times ugh! My main problem is since when do you have to sign paperwork to cancel your policy?????
