Good place.
Never available on weekends anymore only one one employee in the office and she obviously needs a coworker if there's someone ahead of you be prepared to wait 20 + minutes ....

Tried to call the company to just get them to send me a copy of my insurance card. I sat on hold for 20 minutes and still never got in touch with anyone. Luckily I found one around the house. I am glad I didn't have a real problem or I would have been screwed.
