Never a line up. Staff are incredibly nice and kowledgable. I always go here for their services. Hard to come by places like this nowadays.
This was my first time visiting Insurance One (which also provides ICBC services), and I was very impressed. I don’t know the gentleman’s name, but he was an older man who was extremely kind, polite, and professional. He helped me update my address very quickly, finishing everything in less than 10 minutes. He was so patient and friendly that it made the whole experience very pleasant. I truly recommend this place to everyone, and I will definitely come back here again in the future.
