This lying company misleading people saying not to worry about credit score yet they denied you for having bad credit... scammers! The whole point of using a guarantor was for people to be able to use you so they can get a roof over their head cause of them not be able to fix their credit fast enough to get a place!

I applied to two different units i was approved by Insurent submitted everything they asked for never went beyond waiting for building to reply i have sent follow ups email no answer no update nothing radio silence. Sharing personal information with people you don’t know they supposedly help but so far not a good experience.
It the worst company i signed the lease and I was supposed to move since June and nothing yet it's the worst company and now am getting my lawyer involved to Sue the Insurent management company
I submitted an application 3 days ago, I uploaded all the required documents. They send me the qualification certificate, but I’m still waiting for the final response. I have been calling, emailing with no success. I’m afraid of loosing the apartment I got approved for, because they are taking to long to give a final response.
