Kunal Chakraborty is outstanding in his current position at InsuredMine. He has been so very helpful to my agency! He has been knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and considerate of us. He took the time to go over some of the details with me that I could have learned by sifting through hours worth of training. Instead of doing that, he helped me focus on just the parts of InsuredMine that my agency needed, customizing things for me. I am very thankful for him and I would recommend him highly.

Been trying to have a logical conversation with someone there about exporting client data for almost 5 months and I can't get anywhere. You will not be able export certain client data if you ever decide to leave Insured Mine.

This is the first bad review I ever wrote for a company in my life. This company charged me three times and could not implement a simple email good review campaign. I spoke to them almost ten times and they reassured me every time they would resolve the problems and never did. Very dissatisfied and I would strongly recommend you stay away from Insured Mine.

Our aggregator is using this program to make their life easier and ours more difficult. This program is a waste of time and does not make my life easier but harder. Every time I log in, I dread looking through their system to find info 🤮
