Great Learning and nice atmosphere
Great product but can be a little intimidating. They have a fantastic support team ready to assist you at all times which helps a ton. Once setup, the system makes automating your business a cinch.
I have been using the service for several years since we started our agency in 2021. I'm really happy with the capabilities of the CRM, as well as with the support from their team. I recently had a productive call with Prakhar, where he made me aware of some of the capabilities to help me streamline our service requests.
