Amazing closing experience!!
Worst closing experience! Avoid this title company, not sure how they are still in busienss? The entire team is incompetent. Escalated issues with Lisa and Corrine to Mathew Fendell who is suppose to be the office manager. Mathew seem bothered for me reaching out to him and couldn’t give me a straight answer on any questions I asked. Very simple closing and multiple errors were made along the way and lack of communication. They keep dodging emails and phone calls, passing lack of accountability to other team members.
I had a great experience working with Lisa during my recent closing. She truly went above and beyond—being available after hours, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process, and handling everything with the highest level of professionalism. Her dedication helped ensure we closed on time, and I’m very grateful for her support. I highly recommend her and the entire title team.
