Terrible experience. Second time using this service. Hung up on twice. Don't believe I will be using this service again. Worked through transfer of funds. These agents deregistered an aircraft with no consideration of the buyer for aircraft transport. When I brought up my concerns and asked why they do not account for this, they keep replying that they are 3rd party, and only rely on instructions given. IATS get job done in a very time efficient manner and is always right on the point. Highly recommend to use IATS if you need help registering your aircraft, or have any concern about aircraft registration.
