I was very happy with their service. They were extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and guided me throughout the process. Everyone was also very friendly, kind, and professional. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend them!
I called Ricardo and his team on Thursday, September 24 for what should have been a seamless phone transaction, but that was not the case. I was asked an excessive number of questions, repeatedly told the process was going to take a long time, and passed from one agent to another without getting anywhere.
