I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lovejot, who demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and it was clear that she lacked the knowledge required to handle even basic inquiries. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a representative before. Based on this experience, I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone.
