His professionalism and knowledge truly stand out. I highly recommend him to anyone needing insurance support.
I visited this office to pay my ICBC insurance with my credit card, but the agent told me that payment was only possible by debit, cash, or cheque. She even called someone to confirm and stated that using a credit card was not allowed. I returned home and phoned a different Autoplan broker (BCAA), and they were able to process my ICBC payment by credit card over the phone without any issue. Consider checking with other insurance brokers as the information I received at this location does not appear to have been accurate.
The agent here asked me to pay $2,000 CAD in PST when importing my vehicle from the U.S. Luckily, I went to another broker who called ICBC on my behalf and showed me how to apply for an exemption. As a result, I got fully exempted from the $2,000 CAD that the first agent insisted I had to pay before registering my vehicle. The frustrating part is that the first agent never even tried to contact ICBC to help their customer — they just kept saying they knew what they were doing, but clearly they didn’t.
