I came here hoping to apply for my amateur radio (ham) plates, but I was turned away and told I had to mail the paperwork to ICBC directly myself. That was definitely not the level of service or procedure I expected from an Autoplan broker. I ended up walking into a different broker nearby, and they happily accepted my application and processed my plates with no issues at all. Disappointed with the lack of knowledge or willingness to help here.

The lady that works on Sundays (I guess that is Jasmine from previous reviews) was super friendly, helpful and informative, compared to our experience in other insurance companies in the area. As newcomers to BC, she was the perfect insurance person to talk to.

I visited this office to pay my ICBC insurance with my credit card, but the agent told me that payment was only possible by debit, cash, or cheque. She even called someone to confirm and stated that using a credit card was not allowed. I returned home and phoned a different Autoplan broker (BCAA), and they were able to process my ICBC payment by credit card over the phone without any issue. Consider checking with other insurance brokers as the information I received at this location does not appear to have been accurate.
