Complete waste of time. I came in for a simple request to update my banking information, and instead of helping, the staff ignored my needs and interrogated me with completely irrelevant, 'dumb' questions. They are incredibly unprofessional and clearly don't know how to handle basic customer service. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at InsureBC – South Surrey I visited the South Surrey InsureBC branch today and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk. A woman, possibly a manager, was seated in a large office and eventually came out to assist us.
