I walked into InsureBC to insure my car. 2 staff saw me walk in and immediately looked back down to their paperwork because apparently paper is more important than people. I sat in the wait-here-for-next-agent seat for 10 minutes and not once did either of them ( or anybody ) acknowledge my presence or offer to help. A pretty poor display of customer service. I won't darken their door again.....
