Fantastic! Harsh was exceptional at helping me with my condo insurance. I just switched over from another company and it turns out, I was under insured and overpaying. She spent a lot of time explaining and educating me on several aspects of my condo's requirements as well as my personal sense of security - for a better price and I couldn't be more thrilled.

I walked into InsureBC to insure my car. 2 staff saw me walk in and immediately looked back down to their paperwork because apparently paper is more important than people. I sat in the wait-here-for-next-agent seat for 10 minutes and not once did either of them ( or anybody ) acknowledge my presence or offer to help. A pretty poor display of customer service. I won't darken their door again.....
