I received some poor advice at this location regarding insurance and there was no interest from the management to even have a conversation about it.
They know less and less, of what they sell. First you jump through hoops to identify yourself and then they still don't know what to advise or who to call. Baffling
Extremely condescending staff , tried to renew my insurance, forgot to take a photo of my odometer. Staff says: "of course you have to bring one..." People make mistakes... You don't have to be condescending towards them , and give them dirty looks. Even when I call them about accident claims, they answer with "Hello. What do you want?" What kind of garbage customer service is this? I rather give commission to people who are professional and are courteous l.
