We had a terrible experience with this broker. Being first time home owners, my wife emailed him some questions. No reply. Days later he finally replied with an AI generated response, and he wasn't available by phone. When it was time to look at renewal this month, he simply didn't reply to my wife's emails until we found insurance elsewhere. Its been a very impersonal, rude experience.
This is who the dealership used for insurance they got me to purchase some kind of premium for my vehicle as soon as I got home I explained to my husband what they had done and I was told to cancel it immediately which I did they told me they could not remove the $50 one-time payment but all future payments would stop I didn't realize that they were taking $70.98 out of my bank account each month for the last 6 months after it was supposed to be canceled in which the gentleman told me he had done definitely would not recomme... read more
My granddaughter needed storage insurance for her car so we stopped in and found the staff so helpful. I decided to get my car insurance there a few weeks later and had the same experience! So I renewed our house insurance through them as well and saved a bundle. Very happy with the service. I dealt with a different person for each type of insurance and all them went above and beyond.
