It's a convenient location in Marpole. The insurance rep was welcoming and thorough, and I was in and out quickly.
I’ve had poor experiences during my past 2 visits. 1. When I insured my vehicle, I paid upfront for the entire policy and was told that if I cancel my policy early the refund would be reissued to my credit card. This was not the case. When I cancelled my insurance, the staff (Neil) was unhelpful and just told me this was the only option. 2. After cancelling my insurance, Neil did not return my vehicle registration. When confronted about it, he just said “my bad i tore it” and that I didn’t need it to reinsure my car. He bett... read more
