Rather rude and condescending. I was trying to license and register a used vehicle, but encountered some difficulties with age limits and daily card limits. Neil then proceeded to joke about how I had "no friends" to act as a guarantor and was not thinking critically buying a car before 19, even though he knew nothing about me or my life circumstances. These folks are always awesome and go the extra mile. Recently facilitated changing policies on 2 cars right in the last 10ins they were open. It was very appreciated.

It's a convenient location in Marpole. The insurance rep was welcoming and thorough, and I was in and out quickly.
I’ve had poor experiences during my past 2 visits. 1. When I insured my vehicle, I paid upfront for the entire policy and was told that if I cancel my policy early the refund would be reissued to my credit card. This was not the case. When I cancelled my insurance, the staff (Neil) was unhelpful and just told me this was the only option. 2. After cancelling my insurance, Neil did not return my vehicle registration.
