The staff was so rude
Not all ICBC Autoplan brokers are the same! Feeling frustrated after a weekend staffer at a broker at Richmond Centre (TL) told me I cannot cancel my expensive "territory Z" ICBC insurance without the original plates, I came to InsureBC Lansdowne for a second (professional) opinion. I had an excellent experience at InsureBC Lansdowne and especially want to recognize Kit Lo (Jan) Siu for her outstanding service. When I arrived, all the staff were busy, including Kit, and I was already considering leaving. At one point, while the clients she was assisting stepped away briefly to get a document from their car, Kit immediately used those few free minutes to help me with my auto insurance.
