El servicio mas pésimo de la vida, nunca te dicen los días de pago, les pedí que mandaran los documentos de mi esposo a dos entidades que lo necesitaban, y estuve 5 días llamándolos, y me dicen después que ya la poliza estaba vencida y nunca me dijeron q tenía a pagar y para resolverme rápido me buscaron otra póliza teniendo que pagar otra entrada más. Y sabiendo ellos qué tantas pólizas en tan poco tiempo tampoco es bueno. Horrible!!!!!! Muy poco profesional.
Very bad if you ask me. I paid complied with what they needed and I can not get my certificates!!!! They have been given me the run around and I still after a Month I am not getting certificates that I need.
I am a very hard to please person and I can't begin to say how impressed I am with this company and with its agent Albert. Professionalism at its best.
