Pleased customer I received wonderful service the agent made me feel very comfortable explaining the coverage and the pay plan which was different than most with the first payment being due in eighteen days and every thirty days after that. What I liked most is that the policy gave a grace period before late fees and thirty days before it cancelled. I felt that was pretty flexable and was pleased that everything was in writing and I'm sure if you sign a policy you would read it first right? The agent seemed to be well known ... read more
Go Somewhere Else!!! I have been getting my car insurance from these people for about six years. I went there because the prices were low. I felt okay about them until last week. I have done my part by paying my premiums faithfully (i was also in their "Preferred Customer Program") I have had no claims. What's the problem? I noticed that I was not receiving a bill.
