If I could give ZERO stars , I would!!! I have had my rates raised 5 times in the last 5 years!! NO ACCIDENTS, NO TICKETS OR ANYTHING ELSE ON MY RECORD! I needed SR22 and was paying $65 a month for 2 years, SR22 gone but rates went up anyway next year was paying $75 a month, last year was paying $105, when I renewed my insurance in MAY 2025: was told my new premium would be $135 a month!!!!! okay rates. HORRIBLE customer service. the only good experience i had over the phone was with my car insurance agent john, he definitely does a wonderful job at his job. all the ladies i have spoken with are AWFUL… every time i call to pay my bill they act like hate their job and their life. a little more cheer in their tone and less attitude would do them well.
AVOID this company at all cost! Insure on the Spot is run by crooks, their business model is to lie about everything to fool you to make money at your expense. They start from misleading advertising, false claims and false guaranteed rates, all lies designed to make you sign up with them. They raise rates without notice, above what they guaranteed at sign up. They keep harassing me every day with repeated phone calls (one immediately after another) after I cancelled.
