Twice now they have canceled my policy and then called me afterwards to tell me my payment was declined and my policy has been canceled How about call me say "Hey your card isnt working, would you like to try another one" no just canceling. So twice have left me without insurance, getting ready to ditch this guy's ASAP. Not to mention several rude interactions ive had with their roadside assistance They are cheap but proof you get what you pay for.

Very bad company , just overall bad , customer service is terrible , they lie on the phone , will not make a mistake to use them again , just go online and get quotes and they will be better than this company, less hassle and prices , the road assistance company they work is also terrible, they tried to tell me that my insurance is not active and I will need to pay out of pocket for my towing , just overall low end and and company
Called the Clark office for a quote, although the quote was a little high, Nemesis did a fantastic job in assisting me. Great customer service!
