They’re full of dishonesty! I cancelled my auto and home with Hamed Elkassaby(he NEVER responds to emails) early September 2025 and at my renewal date, they still had me connected and withdrawn money from my account! I noticed in the app, even on the morning 11am of my renewal day, it was still saying Im covered and had a policy with them until 2026. At the end of my term in May 2025 I shopped around, connected with Insuranceland. The agent Taybion very patiently went through my insurance history, personal situation and came up with a solution. My insurance went down by $1,500. I am very happy with my insurance. I will definitely recommend Insuranceland
