I called them to get a quote on my home owner's insurance. I talked to "alexis" on 7/23/2025 and she said she'd email me a quote "within a day or two". when I did not receive the quote, I tried calling again - no one picked up and I left voicemail messages on 7/28 and 8/1. no one has gotten back to me to date (8/12).
