Very disappointed with the service provided here. I had been a long time customer with IW and Progressive, but when I needed to shop around elsewhere and get assistance, Insurance World completely ghosted me. I had been working with a Darren at IW, and I was told I would be receiving competitor's quotes via email. Never received anything, and when I called to follow back up and left a voicemail, no one ever returned my call. I had to do all the legwork myself.
