Poor experience with this group for homeowners insurance. They billed me instead of my mortgage company for my insurance then my insurance was cancelled. They put me through many hoops to re instate it with multiple agents answering at different times who didn’t know what was going on

I have had this insurance agency for over 18 years and the end of 2022 was the final straw. I hope no one else has to have the homeowners insurance canceled due to the failure of the agency staff of this company. I followed the directions of their staff by completing the repairs, sending in the receipts for a new roof, new air conditioner, and the electrician's work along with photographs of everything including receipts and the work we did ourselves. I cannot say enough great things about Mary. She is extremely customer-oriented, prompt attention when requested, and a true insurance expert.
