John and Susan are Amazing agents! I have done business with them for years now. I have sent them several friends and family members over that time. My Mother and step-father are now clients of theirs as well. Being senior citizens they require a bit of hand holding so to speak. Susan and John have been so accommodating with them. Suzie at Insurance Specialties LTD has been excellent to work with for finding the best rates (especially as someone who does not have full comprehension on the process). I have been a client since 2017 fo both renters and auto insurance and will continue to do so as long as I am nearby!
