I have used Acrisure (formerly insurance solutions of Texas) for more than eight years. Ever since they switched to the Acrisure their service has been absolutely dismal. The agents will never contact you back when you reach out. Some will outright ghost you. The insurance they provide is significantly more expensive than what you can find from other brokers. No response to messages or emails. very poor service so I canceled my small business policy with them.
Worked with Lyn Rathburger she's the absolute best would not work with any other Agent.
