Don’t walk, RUN away from this company! If I could give them zero stars I would. I contacted the office 5x over a two week span to request updated declaration page for a flood policy. When Justin Hardin finally reached back to me via email it was to advise me I no longer had a policy. Although he took my credit card information on December 16, 2022 and “supposedly” set my account to auto withdraw so there would never be a lapse he never processed my payment and therefore I apparently have no coverage.
