I’m very sorry I ever reached out to this company. My agent Bill Linhart has dropped the ball big time on canceling a dental, vision and hearing policy he signed me up for. After he signed me up I read the pamphlet and decided I didn’t like the policy. I text him to cancel and he said no problem. That was in September 2023, starting November 2023 GTL started taking $54.58 a month out of my checking account. I had a very poor poor experience with one of your so-called insurance specialist. She made many many many errors for Medicare insurance. I was appalled.
