I usually would not give a business a bad review but I would like to protect other customers from having the same terrible experience as I have had with this company. Yes they do offer very reasonable rates but the service is very unprofessional. I made numerous calls due to problems they had made with my policy and promises of return calls in regards to these matters that I never recieved.
