Called and automated system said they'd return my call within 24 hours. No call after a day and a half. Left a message on their chat bot which said they'd call within 30 minutes. No call back. Tried phoning again and wants me to leave a message. Water damage in my house. Next company on the list.

We were completely overwhelmed after our home flooded, but Darren, Adam, Matt and Darren #2 :) responded immediately and made the process so much easier. They arrived quickly, took control, and handled everything with incredible care and attention to detail. They guided us through the insurance process and made sure our home was fully restored. From start to finish, we felt truly supported. This is a small, local Chilliwack company with incredible staff and we can't recommend them highly enough!!!
