Adam is the most professional and communicative trades person I've ever dealt with, in several decades of home ownership and renovation. Adam kindly brought an industrial grade dehumidifier to my home to help until the repairs are done. This is an exceptional company. Highly recommend.

I happily reccommend IR Pro! They are responsive, empathetic, flexible, kind and efficient. We've had to call them twice for a stupid issue with our washing machine (I think I'm going to get a new washing machine!) and they were wonderful both times. I felt extremely confident with them handling the clean-up for us.
