I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents . Feb 2024, due to freezing weather, a major water pipeline busted on the roof of my parents' condo building. Their penthouse being the first in contact with the roof, flooded extensively. Insurance Restoration Pro was the company contracted by Strata to assess, fix & manage the entire restoration process of 10 plus units. It took around six months to restore their condo. There are not enough words of gratitude for the efficient and professional service we received from this company. On Christmas Day we woke up to our home flooding, it was stressful and so much clean up we weren’t sure where to begin. Within a short time Adam came to our home with the drying equipment and helped move all the furniture. He was kind, patient and made a tough day a lot easier to deal with.
