An insurance agency that cannot keep a commercial policy active has no business handling insurance I would give Insurance Professionals of Arizona zero stars if that were an option. I used this agency through one of its agents, and the level of negligence and lack of follow through was absolutely unacceptable. My commercial truck insurance policy was allowed to lapse because the agent failed to properly handle the policy and follow through on what needed to be done. Once the policy lapsed, it was canceled.
