Was handed to this company after Valentine Insurance sold out to them. The agent they initially placed us with apparently no longer works there and trying to get a hold of someone was like pulling teeth. Our rates all steadily kept increasing, and the old agent told me that “all policies/everyone’s are increasing across the board.” We have no accidents or claims. Trying to get ahold of someone from IPA is a struggle and they don’t return phone calls. There must be a service agency that answers for IPA and takes messages but no one calls you back.

(TL;DR: Customer service here is non-existent now, take your business elsewhere!) My first agent here was great, but he retired. Best I can tell, my replacement agent was either fired or quit, and nobody at IPA felt it necessary to take over my file. Should be easy to sort out on the phone right? Wrong. You can't get these clowns on the phone anymore, they sacked the on-site receptionist in favor of a HORRIBLE answering service.
