Tami and her team have been great. Had a little bump with the transition of her taking over the business, but Tami and her team took ownership of the situation and settled it quickly. Vanessa has been friendly and patient over the phone helping and directing me. Rhonda, who is our agent has been nothing but helpful, friendly and on it with everything I have thrown at her.
