Brenda Ayala "owner" of insurance network and her team were faxed a Travelers cancellation request signed by the insured on 4/3/19 with a cancellation request effective 3/26/19 which is when the new policy started. Brenda Ayala did not honor the request and refused to cancel the policy because she claims she needs the new policy declarations page in order to cancel the policy, as an owner myself and Travelers agent I can assure you that you DO NOT need to have a declarations page to cancel the policy 9 days retroactive.
