Customer service representative Baha Atieh was amazing!!!! Not only did he fix every other agents mistakes that I spoke with but he also made up for it with approval from.his manager! He went above and beyond and because of him solely im.NOT gonna cancel my policy! Yall need to give him a raise and tell him.to train the others!
