Jo is so great. She’s friendly and helpful every time. However Dion is the one running the agency and every time I had to deal with him, I ended up ridiculously frustrated. He sent emails that made no sense and asked questions I had already answered, repeatedly. I, literally, told him that I was going to stop using them if I had to work with him anymore but he still insisted on sending me stupid emails. I recomment Cesia, she has been very insightfull on all of the iformation I needed, was very patient polite and helpful. She also saved me a ton of money. 6 starts if possible.
