I was signed up by Tamara, who did not know what specifically what my Blue cross blue shield covered, I had to educate her that it covered 20 acupuncture visits. She also did not know the difference between an ophthalmologist and optometry. And finally, she messed up my enrollment and now I have to fix her lack of detail to do set up autopay correctly, Only excuses from her end. DO NOT USE HER!!!
Celia is extremely helpful and personable. She explains everything with patience and skill, helping you to understand your choices and obligations in this process. I was pretty lost applying for and navigating medicare, and with her help, it's been so much less intimidating. I have full confidence in her experience and guidance.
