I was looking to replace my insurance with a more affordable option for Home and Auto Bundle and they presented me with options from AAA and then because of 1 accent my husband had over two years ago, they tacked another $1,000.00 onto the cost of the premium. I was told I did not need a AAA membership to obtain insurance. This was strange, so I reached out to AAA and these people are nowhere on their radar. I agree with most of the low reviews. This company uses tactics to get you with them at first. Then, they provide you with estimates that are triple the initial quote. They are extremely poor when it comes to returning phone calls or emails. They are your agent but they mostly favor the insurance companies. They don't have your best interest. I have been with them for two months, looking to switch to another reliable agent and insurance company. You have been warned. My agent was Karl Fievre and Citizens.
If it were possible to give no stars, I would. Working with this company was appalling IN SO MANY WAYS: 1. They have the company structured where you get a friendly agent in the beginning who offers you a policy (or options). After this, you never hear from this person again - you get handed off to one or multiple other people and the continuity of dialogue is lost. 2. I am so happy that I found Veronica Gibbs at insurance express. I am a young driver and everyone knows for young drivers the insurance is sky high but Veronica took her time to find me cheap insurance she saved me $200 bucks a month for car insurance!
one of the worst company i have come across. You have to wait hours and hours to get any information on existing policy. Please don't buy any product from this people.
