I'm completely frustrated with these people. I was traveling.. so I was on the road… when the person who receives my mail notified me that a "policy termination" notice had arrived. The month I paid for wasn't even up, and they left me without coverage in the middle of nowhere. They don't respond to my emails. I had automatic debit, and for some reason they decided to cancel the service without notifying me. On top of that, they've been processing a refund for over a year, and it NEVER arrives.
