Bob Garrison was amazing. I was so confused about Medicare and scared to death about the changes I was facing. Bob explained everything in a way that I could understand and it was not scary at all.
This agency cares!! I've had excellent, thorough and timely help from both Jill and Jessica. They are also friendly and actually get back to me very quickly, unlike other agencies I've dealt with. All my insurance needs to this office from now on.
Bob really helped me out, so many questions about the different plans in the Medicare program. This vs that, you get this but not that. I watched a lot of YouTube videos, but they were not as informative as Bob was, we all sat down and looked over everything. You would do yourself good to get Bob to help you weed through the Medical jungle.
Bob was very friendly and professional. He listened to everything I had to say and listened to what I was looking for. He then repeated everything to make sure he understood everything that I needed and was looking for. Bob was also excellent at asking questions and explaining everything to me so that I would understand. I highly recommend Bob.
