I've been a customer with Insurance Concepts of Umatilla for many years but after calling their office to discuss a claim that was filed after hurricane Irma & being spoken to so rudely, I was shocked. The lady who answered cited pregnancy hormones as her reason for ill manners. I reported her to Ruby, whom I assumed was simply her supervisor, only to discovered that she is actually one of two of her daughters that work in the office as well.
