Wayne responded immediately to my request by calling me and discussing my situation. We had a leak from the base of our faucet into the kitchen cabinet below which caused quite a bit of damage to a few cabinets and the floor. He very honestly gave me a rundown of the process which included pricing, timing (may take months) and the possibility of needing an umpire. Our Council of Unit Owners hired Wayne Frazier of Insurance Claims Specialist in April of 2023 after an insurance loss in June of 2022 that caused significant water damage to three first floor condominiums and common area. Wayne is the best. The ICS team worked with me. My claim was originally a few thousand dollars but after Months of fighting on my behalf my final claim amount came out to nearly $400,000.
