Wayne is the best. The ICS team worked with me. My claim was originally a few thousand dollars but after Months of fighting on my behalf my final claim amount came out to nearly $400,000. Many people get taken advantage of by their insurance companies and end up short changed but when you have the help of Wayne that changes the whole game. Thank You so much ICS!!!!

We engaged their services in November 2020 and Matthew "Wayne" Frazier came out and assessed our property damage in January 2021. After that, I followed up with them in March regarding next steps and in April when my insurance company stated they had not received a report. Our contractor also made several attempts to get in touch with them, but neither of us has heard anything back. The lack of follow up communication is beyond frustrating.
