Called 45 days in advance to have Flood polcy cancelled no action taken by agency. Called several times after to follow up and still not cancelled. Told about FEMA regulations and informed mortgage about request. Not cancelled. Agency stated needing signed documents which were emailed to agency. Still not Cancelled. WTF do you have to do to switch agencies. They tell you its handled take your money and don't give a Damn. Follow up on Horribly Screwed.
