Matthew was helpful, kind, and efficient! Alliance was the first company to successfully secure me business insurance & I am so grateful! Matthew answered my questions thoroughly, found me an affordable option, & and got my policy up & running right away! Highly recommend.
Had them for a long time. When they screw up that's it. And a manager. Going to find someone else for June. When they use my old address from 3 years ago it was cheaper using current address it went up. Old address should have been deleted. So frustrating.
Pete is always friendly, professional and very helpful when we have any questions about our insurance.
Should be ZERO stars. Go elsewhere. There are better agencies out there. Are not for their customers .
Disappointed. Been with Mark for along time, probably over 15 years. Assumed he’d take care of me and get me the best deals out there. Had been paying 407$ a month for auto insurance for my daughter and I for over 6 months when I just couldn’t afford it anymore. Went over to State Farm and I now pay 175$ a month. Just very disappointed.
