Amazing customer service, nice clean car...got extra days. They were very helpful and understanding
These guys are scammers and do fraud. They let a random girl who I don’t know, take out a car under my insurance policy
Amazing experience. They gave me 2026 Toyota CHR EV. Pick up and dropped off at home. The car was a amazing drive, very smooth, very clean - no issues like older cars. Extremely communicative and understand to any questions or needs I had. My only regret is that these guys don't do retail rentals otherwise they would be my go to for all future trips.
I had a fantastic experience renting from Insurance Car Rental. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. They got me on the road in minutes, and the car was immaculate. Highly recommend to anyone.
Amazing service.
