This company are thieves. Took rental car back without my knowledge and had all my expensive belongings in trunk and won't bring back to me and never answer my calls. THIEVES
I returned my car one month ago and am seeking a refund of the deposit. I have called multiple times; they took all the details, then assured me they would call back, but I never got a call back. I am tired. If you want time to process it, it's fine. At least let me know what's going on and when I will get my money back. Instead of being ghosted, I need the clarity. Now, for the last 3 days, no one has been picking up when I call. How would I know what the matter is in my case?
kudos to Mr. Imran, a true gentleman. I message him about my concern. A car body repair shop failed to give my car on a promised date. Car body shop provided a rental car on their account. An agent with car arrived with a nice and clean VW SUV. I used it for one day less than 40 kms mileage. As an SOP my info was taken, agent inform me any bill charged to my card will be returned after 10 days.
