Everyone I’ve spoken to, and my amazing rep, Kate P., have been amazing! Kate especially gives so much dedication and care to every client, and that’s something that really sticks out to me in this day and age. IB - Jordan wrote the book on customer service. The entire staff takes the time to understand my insurance needs and then explain all of my options. I was with other agencies in the past that would promise me savings but in the end all they did was reduce the amount of protection I had to "close the deal". IBJ is not that type of agency.
