I bough an LS 5.3 pullout for my sons bday present. Omar walked us thru the whole process, excellent customer service.
I purchased a transmission from insurance, after we had it installed my car had the same problem. Jason offered to pick up my car at no charge and find the problem. It turned out my mechanic has misdiagnosed the problem and my $825 transmission job could have been avoided by buying a $40 sensor. He understood my frustration and sold my original transmission for me to help me recoupe some of my loses and ensured my car was back up and running fine. I couldnt ask for better service.
